Despite that, I found on G2 that the experience wasn’t the same for everyone.
Some users have noted that they would have wished for a better interface for CRM and text suggestion functions in the spreadsheets.
They explain that to customize a spreadsheet takes a lot of excess time, which could be used for other tasks regarding a project.
According to this G2 review, Smartsheet is more suitable for smaller businesses because of the platform’s overload with too much data from yearly spreadsheets.

The only loophole in Smartsheet’s security for now is its guest access to spreadsheets.
