Decide which fields are required and which are not, change the way they are displayed, and optionally add help text or default values to make filling out the form easy and intuitive. Forms allow you to override the "required" properties of individual fields so that you can capture the data you need, then refine it according to the workflow you define in SmartSuite.

You can add static Headings, HTML blocks with formatting features, and divide sections with horizontal lines to break up the content and make it easier to read. You have the ability to adjust your form in ways that make it perfect for your unique process.

Share your form with an ease! You can send people a URL to access your form, and optionally protect it with a passcode to ensure only authorized individuals submit responses. You also have the option to embed the form in another Web page to make it accessible from a dashboard, eCommerce site or blog to capture feedback as part of another business process.
