General
Who is eligible to become a Service Provider Partner?
Consulting Companies, System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Value Added Resellers and Freelance Consultants are eligible for our Service Provider Partner program. We look for people and teams who are skilled at understanding client needs, building implementation roadmaps and helping implement workflows in SmartSuite.
How do I sign up?

Is an agreement required?
By signing up to the Service Provider Partner Program you agree to our terms and conditions.
Is there a cost or other requirements to be a Service Provider Partner?
There is no cost. However, there are additional eligibility requirements to join.
First, you must be a customer of SmartSuite to be eligible to participate in the Service Provider Partner program. We believe it is important for all of our partners to be active SmartSuite users (minimum 5 active account members). It’s difficult to recommend a SaaS product that you do not see value in using yourself!
Additionally, you must have 15+ employees and $1.5M in annual revenue to join our network of solution partners.
How long does a lead have to sign up?
You will be able to work leads through your sales process to a closed-won or closed-lost state.
Rewards
How do I register a lead I bring to SmartSuite?
After becoming a Service Provider Parter, you’ll be able to log every lead in our partner portal.
How much will I make from a lead that converts to a deal?
You will receive a 40% commission of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for one year from the client sign-up, and a 30% commission in the second year.
How are leads and paying customers tracked?
We use a third party affiliate parter product (PartnerStack) to track and manage all deals and payments. You will able to login into your personal account at any time to review your client deals and commissions.
Is there a cap on the amount of commissions I can earn?
No. You are encouraged to bring in as many clients to SmartSuite as you can.
What happens if my clients upgrade in the middle of their contract period?
In short, commissions grow as client users and subscription revenue grows. Your commissions will reflect the changes should your clients upgrade/downgrade plan tiers.
Payments
When will my commissions be paid?
Payments are verified and paid-out the month after your commission is earned. For example, any commissions earned in February will be available March 16th.
How will I be paid?
At the end of each month, your rewards are calculated and available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe (alternative methods may be available for non-PayPal regions)
