He has been instrumental in building the SmartSuite Academy, SmartSuite Showcases, and the SmartSuite Community, and also facilitates the SmartSuite Certification program. His responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SmartSuite workflows to meet client needs, ensuring smooth integration, and providing technical expertise on best practices.
